The listing looks to be accurate. What would trouble me is the statement "20 known to exist". It would seem to me that such a statement would be made by someone who controlled the known number of available chips. Given that there are almost no collectors in this hobby that buy live house chips at the $500 level, I'd have to think that a former employee got a stack after the casino closed. I wouldn't pay $200 for one, but maybe that's just me.
