When I saw your post and scan a light went off in my head. I knew I had seen the chips with Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra from MGM and Caesars. I remembered that they had been in one of Howdy Herz's Auction Catalogs. So. I pulled out all 40+ Regular Auctions and Club Auctions. There is extensive info about these chips in the Club Convention Auction of June 21, 1996 and Howdy's Auction No. 20 - December 10, 1996. Several of this style chip with Sinatra and Martin were offered for sale. The examples exist in aluminum, brass and Silver, with Silver being thought to be the "Regular" Issue. If you don't have or can't locate these Catalogs LMK and I will send you the pages which show these chips.
