I'm not trying to discourage use of your website, but since you asked.... I'm the type of seller who may sell half a dozen things on eBay all at once and not sell again for six months. It would make absolutely no sense for me to pay your site a monthly fee during the months I don't list anything, regardless of the fact that you're waiving some of the fees for the first month. At least this is the way I read your fee structure. Maybe I'm missing something.
