Question 1 - Its hard to say the mintage. What were they used for and by whom?

Question 2 - #000000000000 (I would guess) Zero is a number but when it comes to seriel numbers (I suppose its up to the country and printer if they want it all zero's or not).

Question 3 - When is a good question (don't know), maybe...Hmmmmmmmm...really can't...Hmmmmm...can't answer that. Where is another good question...this depends which country we are talking about.
