You know, he is implying that his fake Borlands are Borlands. Actually, when he says )below) "This chip has it all," he is flatly saying that it is a Borland chip. I just wrote him.
His auction is at:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=6137774214
He says (nicely worded):
Chips that are popular for collecting, right now are, Limited addition chip's, $2.50 chips, Pink chip's, Fantasy chip's, Borland chip's, Nevada Mold chip's and Bogus chips. This chip has it all. Only ten have been made so far to test the market There can only be 100 made, becuse of available blanks to make them. These chips are truly at the begining of an appreciation cycle. As the title says " Fantasy " chip.
I wrote him:
"Hi, your $2.50 chip is not a Borland chip. It was not made by Borland. You imply that it is a Borland chip. I think you should correct that impression.
Thanks,
Robert"
Depending on his reply or non-reply, we can complain to eBay, etc.
I see that there are no edge spots as there are on virtually all the Borland commemorative ones. And they are probably just slick stickers.
