Just so future collectors don't get mislead, there are several companies in Nevada that will make these to order, or sell from stock the common marked lammers. They are very inexpensive unless made specifically for a casino and marked with their name. You often find these in the dealers' scramble bins at chips shows for a dollar or so.
There are some antique dealer chips listed and pictured in Dale Seymour's book (p 365) that go for a lot of money and are quite scarce. I like the one with the goat image in high relief. These have sold on eBay several times for $100+ if I remember right. There's also one with a chamber pot in high relief. I don't own these, but caputured the pic from earlier posts because they are so interesting.
