Remember, you still have to pay a listing fee on ebay and commision on the sale, besides, some people are also charging their time in getting the current .25 chip. I think a current .25 chip going for $1, assuming it includes shipping is fair. As for your 100 $1.00, you might try to up your bid a little more if you want to get it.
