Many different ones have been in use over the years in poker rooms and BJ pits.
The Palms is the leader in logoed buttons.
We have used 2 different logoed Dealer and 2 different logoed Kill buttons (latest scanned below).
2 different logoed Missed Blind buttons, and logoed Absent buttons. All 3 are 39MM Bud Jones chips.
These two are Paulson 50MM chips. We have wholesaled them out to 3 chip dealers.
