Obviously this has been news headlines here. Apparently, the use of 'devices' is covered by the rules of individual casinos rather than statute, and consequently, as one must be a member to gamble in a UK casino (or a members guest), there is likely a breach of those rules. The Ritz would therefore have to try and sue these people who I am sure are now back in Hungary with there money
