If you do an advanced search and do a search on Bidders then enter in the tap-handle-man for search you will find that this person was high bidder on on chips, tokens and slot cards in the past. It appears he buys from different sellers too. I was looking to see if I could find any evidence of shill bidding but I don't see any. Looks like a legimiate bidder to me...
