During the era of the 1950's, the Sands in Vegas had a boss in the casino named Hyam Abrams. He had some kind of a leadership position there. They called him Hi Abrams. He was a Jewish man. I heard people speak of him when I was a child. Has anyone ever heard of him, or know anything about him. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
