Wierdest antlers I've ever seen!!!
I bet you can find that W in some font somewhere.
I feel confident the customer that brought these chips to me, got them where he said he did. He was not a chip collector, long time resident of SD, knew I collected old chips, brought them as a gift, had several more, and had the name of the operator Paul Casper.
They could have migrated to BPOE's or anywhere else like lots of other CA chips.
