Bear in mind I am fourscore plus. I don't "boot-
up" my computer, I "turn it on".
Recently got a new system - am operating Windows XP on AOL 9.0 Optomized.
Need help with two things:
1.) How do I "defrag"?
2.) How do I remove "cookies"?
Would appreciate a direct e-mail so I can print
it for reference. (what I do today, I won't remember tomorrow.)
I also have a hearing disability on the telephone.
(-but if you concede a putt, - I heard that!)
