Gene,I would'nt take that approach.I asked you to advise,you didint answer my question(s).I'm sure people do this in a casino all the time.Right?This is a problem? You have been in the casino bus. for years.But, how did she know $ was in the coin tray,I went to grab MY coin.What if i had opened my hand and had my quarter and thats it.There seems to be more to it.If the LAW states its theirs they should have stated just that.if they showed my or politly told me so i would have given it back or the tip jar or something.But nobody likes to be pushed around,......Just wondering.Rick
