Apparently Howard Hughes bought the Sands Hotel in 1967 and Frank Sinatra had a gambling dispute there shortly afterwards. So, Sinatra left the Sands and went elsewhere. Thus, my question is. Why are 13th Edition Chips from 1980 so desireable since the Rat Pack left the Sands prior to this era. And why are they called the Rat Pack Chips since they left the Sands prior to this era.
