Thanks erdal! That explains why it was with the other Russian chips in the box. It was right next to the Barnaul Casnio, Esmerelda and Treasure Island chips.

It's funny how the Russian casinos love to use other locations as a theme. The Baraul Casino chips say "Denver, CO" at the bottom. The Treasure Island chips have the Piastre as the currency. I'll post some scans of them, they're very cool.
