Several years ago, my wife bought me an old poker chip rack, with an inscription on the base saying it was a christmas present in December 1944. The scan below shows the chips in the rack. They feel a bit like cardboard, but I've been told several times that they are a composite material. I would not part with these, but I would welcome any information on them.
