I get them forward to eBay and delete.

I also get a couple a week from various banks, saying pretty much the same thing. Funny part is that I don't have accounts at those banks.

I have also received them on email accounts that don't have any eBay or PayPal (from both) "phishing" for information.

If you don't want to waste the time, because there are probably thousands of people getting these, each time, just Ignore and Delete.
