Possible Ebay Scam

I recieved this email this morning. I have forwarded it to Ebays security service and have recieved no response yet. But i believe it to be a scam. Has anyone else recieved something similar. As far as i have read on Ebay they will never send out emails like this that direct you to a link for these situations. So heads up incase anyone has recieved the same. Below is a copy of the email.
