To Barrick Gaming for $31 million dollars plus working capital.

Barrick will have a 24 month limited use licensing agreement for the Golden Nugget Laughlin name and brand but in the Las Vegas Sun news article (See below) a representative of Barrick says they hope to change the name sooner then the 24 months.

Barrick owns The Plaza, The Vegas Club, The Western and the Golden Spike casino/hotels in Downtown Las Vegas.
