The chips are from the L.O.O.M. Loyal Order of the Moose, a fraternal organization started in 1888 and still going strong. I believe the chips are used to buy drinks at the Lodge bar. Lodge #435 is located in Lakewood, WA. Perhaps the seller just has poor eyesight (like a moose) or maybe he just figured Elks stuff is much more marketable than Moose stuff on eBay.
