It's not nessecarily that you are using IE instead of aol's browser that is allowing you post un-moderated in Las Vegas, it is that you are posting using a different ISP, a hotels's ISP perhaps.

When you, me, or anyone posts here on the board, the filter that allows or doesn't allow a post hits on the IP address, not the e-mail address.
