I'm an ELK and have been in many Elks clubs around the country; although I have seen some "drink" chips and even have one, all the chips I've seen are used for gambling. At one time my home lodge would have a gambling night and had craps and black jack as well as live poker but by the 60's the table games were gone and once a month we would have live poker.
