I had an offer from the Stardust for two night at 38 dollars which included a matchplay coupon and a NCV chip. I didn't needed the room or want to give them 38 dollars for the chip. This offer was sold out anyway. I booked a room last night with the Las Vegas Advisor one free night offer. The girl on the phone told me I couldn't use the free chip coupon as offers can't be combined. I figured I would try anyway. I check in and then went to the cage and presented the coupon which I knew had to be validated first. I didn't want to do that as I thought they may take it from me. If the cage said no I would tell the cashier I collected chips and slip her a five while asking for the chip again. Anyway the girl said I need it validated and go to the slot club. I kept the five in hand in case I had to use the same story. The slot desk validated it as I was a hotel guest and didn't pick up it was a different promotion. Now for part two of my story.
