What $$$ does Allan have to gain by not mentioning names.

If Allan knows any of the other fixers, I'm sure this information was received third hand. I can pretty well guarantee that Allan has not had any chips "modified". I do not believe it is Allan's place to repeat hearsay information.

Of course there are chippers out there that could definitively state who else fixes chips. Good luck getting them to talk. For them, I agree that $$$ is involved
