"Who, other than Whalen,is doing this?"

Rumor has it that two others are doing it. One works exclusively for one seller. I do not have the other fixers names or I would post them.

There was a post on the club BB last year naming club members that had chips fixed at that time.
I'm not sure what the board can do about it. If they ask those chippers or any others, I feel certain they will deny it. I also feel certain that list will have grown by at least 10 fold by now.

Whalen owns up to fixing over a 1,000 chips as of last year at the January Super Bowl show. I think its a safe bet that another 1,000 has been fixed by him and others since then.

IMO, there is only one way to stop it.
Lower all TCR chips known in drilled condition to an "A" value. Radical? Yes!! But it will get buyers attention. It will also destroy the market for the greedy ones fixing chips. They deserve it, IMO.
