Probably silly of me, but I have not invested in any books/guides. I've relied mainly on ChipGuide.com.

I will answer my own next logical question by assuming that the keepers of the website either feel it is to much effort to list EVERYTHING, or they do not want to limit sales of their publication by giving it ALL away on the site. In either case, perfectly logical.
