Shown are both sides of the same chip. Does anyone know if Bingo Palace ever issued such a chip with Bingo Palace Casino on one side and Non-negotiable No Cash Value on the other or if this is simply a floor sweeper? Hard to tell if this fits any current description in TCR sans overstamp.
