Roy--it's not in Steve Goodrich's book of chips from Montana and it's not listed in The Gaming Table. But, as a Montana chip collector I'd love to add it to my collection if you want to sell or trade. I don't know if a penny would buy a beer then but I'd be willing to pay enough to buy you one now!!
