You had better check with Barry W. about acceptability for the Club's auction. He may have to check with Club Officers and perhaps legal counsel. The Club could have the same concerns about liability as does eBay. Also, having bought prop guns at the TI, it was learned that guns are not permitted in a casino. I had to take them out wrapped in black plastic!
I agree with the other poster that, by comparison, our small auction would likely never realise the potential of a "gun" auction. I recall watching a program on Discovery/History Channel regarding gun collections. The Binion collection was referenced and it had guns in the million dollar range. I think that the Binion affiliation would be better capitalized on by a professional gun auction house.
And then again, have to talked to Skip?
