Yes the price was hiked up recently, but its really a funny business. I Still mail chips for $1.80 for 1 or 2 chips, and $3.60 for 3-4chips. I do not go into the post office and have them "feel up my package" so to speak, cause then they declare its $8. The chips always still get to their destinations. So the seller is either going to pay a little more (after the exchange rate), or had just charged over $3 to much......have to wait and see.
