You got away cheap, don't forget its a foreign country. Here if somebody charged you $5.00 and it came to your house and it cost 83¢ would you give them Negative Feedback then (I would) but not if I was getting it from over seas.

I once whined to a seller here in the States that his postage was too high, apparently he didn't like what I said to him. I am now blocked from his auctions.

Pay the $5.00 but be careful in the future.
