Don't rule out something like a nearby church.They often rent a room in the basement or somewhere, for A.A. G.A. or other meetings.I used to rent out the meeting room and Kitchen in my church for my kids b-day parties, for like a $25 donation and I always left the place cleaner than I left it.Boy I miss that church. : ) Rick
