I visited the newest version of Casino Morongo this morning soon after their 7 am opening. Valet and 5 levels of garage parking. 2000 brand new slot machines of every variety. No tokens, TITO only. The Winner's Club was accepting new members but equipment malfunction didn't allow printing of player's cards. 7 different pits of table games including blackjack, craps with no dice, pai gow poker, and 3 card poker. Enclosed poker room. Enclosed non smoking slot area. The place is very nice and the staff seemed eager to please. Attached is the scan of the chips on the tables. The fact that there were no $2.50's but 50 cent chips instead were a surprise. I'm guessing since there were no commemorative chips they are waiting for the grand opening on Dec. 10th. There was way too much confusion to ask if anyone knew for sure. I believe there is also a $2 drop chip for the poker room but I didn't have time to get into a game and try to buy any from the dealer. As soon as things slow down there I will see what I can get. In the mean time, if you sent me an e mail requesting $2.50 chips, please let me know if you would like a 50 cent chip in it's place. I believe I have enough to fill all orders thus far. If anyone else is interested in chips and neglected to e mail me, it's not too late. Face plus $1 or trade for other California or Indian casinos.
