Click on file upload link above and then on the Browse button. This will show the scans on your computer. Pick then one you want to upload to TCB
and click the Submit button. Once uploaded, put the URL assigned by TCB in the Optional URL box and put a title in the Optional Link Title box when you prepare your post.
