What Ken does not realize is he bid on the items knowing full and well all charges up front and by bidding thus agreeing to all fees and a discount would be by choice of the seller and seller is in no way obligated to discount. If ken were to ask up front BEFORE he bids this might clarify if he even wants to bid on the items and negate leaving or building up to leaving any bad feedback as he did me. He is entirely WRONG and yes I offered a small shipping discount when in fact I did not have to give any and i got 3 negs from him.
