I agree with you that Steve Passalacqua IS the champion. If you compare this tourney with, lets say, the World Series, they do the same thing. They have a point system that designates the best tourney player through the 1 month series. At the end is a championship $10,000 event. All the other tourneys through the month are much smaller. That was my idea when setting up this tourney.
