Todd, Let me first take this opportunity (prior to the start of the tournament) to thank you for originating this tournament and hope to see it continue. Also to Andy for maintaining the web site and to Jay for maintaining the standings.

I do hope that if it continues that many more people will participate as I was looking forward to each weeks play with great anticipation.

And please forgive me but I must post my feelings about this final tournament.

I love the idea of the nine finalist being invited for this playoff but, I do not believe that this should determine the "BB POker Champion."

I think that title has already been establised with the ending of the 10th tournament and it definately belongs to ScrewyLouie (AKA Steve Passalacqua.)

After 10 tournaments, he came out on top and I don't think that it is fair that if he should happen not to place first tonight, that the title would go to someone else.

This is just my personal feeling.

Yes, as soon as I finish this note, I will sign up for the tournament but also must note once again as I did on a previous occasion that I do feel this is just going to be a shootout with the winner being the luckiest of the nine. 3 of us will get our money back and the others hopefully will enjoy the participation. Just why this one cost $55.00 and the regular ones costing $11.00 boggles my mind. It seems as if were being penalized for being finalist.
