No pumping up the Shipping and Handling fee to cover the cost of eBay listing and selling fees, PayPal fees, the high cost of Gas out here in California, my time to go to the post office, the cost of bubble wrap and other packing materials, the electricity to run the computer, depreciation on the computer and scanner, the cost of my mortgage out here in CA where I list the chips from, the cost of gas, food and hotel when I drive to casinos and pick chips up, my gambling losses at the casino, storage cost, the cost of capital tied up in the chip since acquisition, or the host of other reasons some sellers theoretically use to justify exhorbitant shipping and handling fees .......
