>>If this was truly about s&h, then the bid should NOT have been placed since it was crystal clear in John's auction.
So then what do you think this dispute is about if not the S&H? DUHHH!!! its about the s&h. The fact that the s&h was posted in the auctions may be relevant to the issue about which party is in the right about the dispute, but it doesn't change what the dispute is about.
>>See neonnites (John's) feedback response on 10/9/04 of his feedback page stating that rounder76011 was in fact nestleken and only reason for the bid and identity change was to leave more neg feedback. That is pure and simple vindictiveness in my book !!
John says that it is the same person using another ebay name. So what. How does he know? perhaps he is right perhaps he is wrong. perhaps he has additional information that we don't. The POINT IS THAT YOU HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING WHETHER THIS IS OR IS NOT THE CASE (unless you have additional information from another source).
>>Is that the type of chipper or ebayer you want to do business with ???? I sure don't !!
LOOKING AT THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY, I would have no problem allowing this bidder to bid on my auctions (I rarely sell but when i do I charge actual shipping cost or a very close approximation). This buyer has been invo0lved in a large number of transactions and has had few problems . . . all based on jacked up shipping charges. Why would I be concerned about him?
