Attention all Ebay Chip sellers!!! A buyer by the ebay name of NESTLEKEN will bid on your stuff then not pay you or whittle you down on shipping fees after he WINs your auction not before he bids!!! He will then leave negative feedback when you as a seller did nothing wrong!!! I have tracked this buyer after he detroyed my perfect feedback record and nestleken loves leaving negative feedback.
