how Chipco chip stock is made, I've suspected that they use an injection-molded process of the ceramic blanks.

Those blanks are then placed into a pring process. The little flaw noted on the endg is simply the injection spot. I can't recall the name of these artifacts from the injection-molding process.

Can anyone confirm (or refute) this concept?
