I looked and ran. The guy deals in collectors comic books, sports cards, Civil War bullets and looks to be a collectibles dealer of some sort. (or someone like me who has a load of crap around the house? )
The fact that he knows that MS-10 or whatever it is, is the highest grade, means he isn't clueless about slabbed and graded chips.
All we can hope is that it doesn't sell and more and more collectibles dealers see that there's no market, so they don't bother dealing in this kind of junk. No market, they are left holding product. No turnover, means they have money tied up in inventory, without buyers.
The only way a collectibles dealer can make any money, and it's a tough business, is TURNOVER and a nice find now and then. But the profit and staying in business depends on turning dollars, not sitting on a $10 "slapped" chip for months and months, looking for that one buyer.
