Yes, it was a legal casino. The name has changed to the Cadillac Ranch. They were still using the Dodge City chips when I visited there last Nov. I'm not sure whether they changed the rack since then. Sounds like they probably did if you have a large quantity of the Dodge City chips. Maybe one of the WA area chippers will provide more info.
