How many different ways was this chip cancelled? Do any exist in uncancelled (NOT ALTERED!) condition? If all cancellations were by drilling the inlay, how did the "alterer" recreate the inlay?
If anyone has a scan of any other cancellation method, or of an intact example, please post it.
