Hi Sheldon....I had a very new person who just was so totally confused and never communicated and I waited the 15 days and sent a no payment and then the person still did not answer and I closed it and never sold the item and left no feedback. Let e-bay worry about it. Was not worth the negitive feedback for someone who just did buy something for the first time. I saved all my e-mails and made sure I got nothing negetive back from the buyer. I didnt.
