I've got no problem with blocking bad buyers. I have a few blocked myself. What's wrong with negative feedback for them? Just state that they never answered your emails and didn't pay. I am about to leave a negative on one person that won one of my auctions. All they will say is that they mailed the check. They won't answer any other emails or anything.
