Theft is always more then a minor inconvenience. Believe me, I travel enough to not have rose colored glasses on. I have flights delayed and canceled quite often. Especially on the east coast during winter. It comes with the territory. I've been experiencing air travel for more then thirty years.

Bottom line; two things.

~My bag should have been returned to me
~My personal belonging should have been protected while in their care.

This goes far beyond a simple inconvenience of the ordinary travel realm. It's beyond a lost bag issue, or a case of damaged luggage. It's beyond flight delays or cancelations due to bad weather of maintenence. Thats all part of the travel adventure.

Come on Len, you're missing the real issues here.
