Tom, he gave you the price he wants to sell it at. $250. He does not have to justify this price to you as he owns the chip and you want the chip. It is called supply and demand. You want it, he is willing to sell it.

Either buy the chip or quit attacking him.

And for the record, no I do not have the chip for sale. I have never seen the chip AND if I wanted it as bad as you seem to want it, I would prob pay that price.
