Here is my question for the day in OUR learning process for chipping!
1. If you go to the cage of a casino and ask for new chips only and they DO GIVE you sone chips that have NEVER seen table action BUT they are from a REORDER of a previously IN USE chip, is this a NEW chip in the classic sense?
2. If you go to the cage of a casino and ask for new chips only and they DO GIVE you some chips that have NEVER seen table action BUT they are from a REORDER of a previously IN USE chip, what do you call it if not NEW?
3. How do you know the difference between a stock of chips that were issued X years ago and they are just getting to the bottom of their supply when you ask for NEW ones only vs. a REORDER of the chip made X years ago?
THANKS for your wise, sage and kind explanations!
